We have been in business for over 28 years, and group travel is our passion.  Group sizes range from 5 cabins to 1,000 guests on just one sailing.  Not only can we help you with special touches like cocktail parties, onboard spending money and family photos, we also have a group cruise online program that makes it easy.

  • You get a customized cruise webpage where all of your friends and family can log in and book a cabin and manage their reservation online.
  • All the paperwork and accounting is done for you – at no additional charge.
  • All you have to do is sit back and let us do the work.
  • Earn free cabins as the group organizer, or divide the savings among the group.

Call to discuss your needs and we’ll help you find family reunion cruise deals 2016 2017.

  • Atlas will research and recommend the best cruise options for your family cruise.
  • We will then negotiate on your behalf in order to ensure you are getting the best prices from the cruise line.
  • We will hold cabins so that your and your family have time to discuss your options and start paying the deposits.

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions about family reunion cruises:

How many cabins do I need to earn a free cabin?

  • It can vary from time to time, but a good rule of thumb is 16 cabins (32 travellers,) and you get a FREE cabin.  All you pay is port charges & taxes.  Book 8 cabins (16+ people) and you get 1 Free bed (1/2 of a cabin)
Book 16 cabins (32+ people) and you get 1 free Cabin for 2
Book 24 cabins (48+ people) and you get 3 free beds (1 cabin + 1/2 of another)
Book 32 cabins (64+ people) and you get 2 free cabins
Book 48 cabins (96+ people) and you get 3 free cabins
  • As the group leader you can decide how to use the free cabin.  Use it for personal travel, break the amount among the group so that everyone pays less or use the amount as a fund raiser.  It is up to you. Note:  It is not uncommon for the person putting all the work into organizing the cruise and the details to use the free cabin for themselves.

How much money do we need to get a group started?

  • Again this all depends on the length of the cruise and how far in advance you are booking, but generally as little as $25 pp deposit will get you started.  Then payments are spread out in 3 or 4 installments until your final payment is due 75 days prior to the sailing.  Also with Atlas you can go in and make payments any time you’d like if you prefer paying little by little along the way.

Which are the best cruise lines for Family Reunion Cruises?

  • For families with children, the best cruise lines for family reunions are Carnival, Royal Caribbean, NCL and Disney Cruise Line.  Keep in mind that the newer the ship, the more there will be to do onboard.

How do we get the best family reunion cruise deals 2016 2017?

  • In order to make sure you get the best pricing, it is always good to try to plan in advance.  Give yourself at least 6 months prior to sailing, but its even better if you can start planning a year in advance.  This because important not just for pricing, but if you wanted to reserve a complimentary conference room or special event on board, the sooner you get the request in, the better chance it will be confirmed. Keep in mind cruise lines deal with many groups, so the first ones to request space get confirmed.
